Return Policy:
Doctor's Approach wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not, please be aware of the following guidelines:
- Product must be returned to the location from which it was purchased.
- Product must be returned within 30 days.
- Product must have been purchased from Doctor's Approach, LLC.
- Include receipt with name, address, phone number.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept returns on overly used products.
1. Complete Return Information
Please record your shipping and billing information, along with your reason for return. Enclose the note with your return package.
2. Package
Enclose the return information and a copy of your receipt with the merchandise to be returned.
